Oil has been drained out of most transformers, but can be re-built. Oil has been drained out of some of the regulators, not in working condition but can be re-built. Some regulators that contain oil can be put back into service. Please Note, Pad Mount Transformer, 300 KVA with serial #21900-0789 can NOT be re-built, it has been hit. The City of Martinsville will load these transformers, breakers and regulators onto your vehicle with our tow motor and line truck. The successful bidder will sign a release form stating they release the City of Martinsville from liability and responsibility for any damages to their vehicle or injuries to any persons incurred during the loading of these transformers, breakers and regulators.
